it reallly depends on what the other two cards are, and your position, his image etc.

all u have is top pair top kicker. and u have no idea at all what ur opponent is holding.
you've sort of put yourself in the situation because you didn't define your hand preflop so your allowing him to make a play on you (despite being a pretty poor/shit play)
i understand you were trying to vary your play so you just flat called rather than raised.
but if the situation turns out this way, it doesn't make it possible for you to call with top pair top kicker, he could have a flush draw, two pair, or a straight draw + flush draw,
he woudln't have any other hands stronger because he would have slow played unles he accidentally pressed the all in button (which actually might be the case for whateveer hand he had)
either way, u probably are ahead, but i'd find a better situation to put all my chips in the middle, dont want to be the one overcalling for all of my stack with top pair. i'd rather be the one pushing so ther's fold equity  |
