I have Volume 1 and have read nearly all of it. Did I miss the "M" value chapter? I don't remember reading it.

As far as my answer...

PF, when UTG makes the limp-raise, I put them on JJ-AA, AKs, AK. But the odds are so tremondously good, I must call to see this flop. Pot is 12600, and a weak bet from UTG says to me, "I missed". So then I put him on the AK or a mid pair, say, 77. Those are my guesses. ANd I push it as a semi-bluff (even though I may be ahead in the hand), but even so, I can still draw to a much bigger hand.
