PokerStars, you can see where people are from by rolling over their avatar. I've often seen two or more people from the same town (not a big city, someplace small) at the same table. When it's their turn, it takes them a while to make a play. I was getting the sense that they were communicating by phone or IM to figure out what they wanted to do. It's one of the reasons, although I really liked
PokerStars' site, I quit playing there. You can really use a long time allotment to make a decision. Not only did that really slow play down, but I think it gave some people the opportunity to collude.
