It looks like you started with $2K. Since they both limped, then only called your hefty raise, they probably have decent hands, but not premium. The pot is about 1500 before the pot. He bets 750 (2250 total pot) and you only have 1500 left. I would definitely go all-in and take it down right there. If he calls, you probably win. If he folds, you already doubled-up. I would not slow play this because the flop is coordinated for a straight OR they may hit their boat OR they may get two cards to a flush.
