I agree that folding is the way I'd go most of the time because of poor position. If I was short stacked, and this was the best hand I'd seen in a while, I might go all in with it and hope for the best. If nobody else has much, I might steal the blinds. If somebody calls, at least I have a prayer that something might work out.
