Sorry to hear about your bad luck. There isn't much you can do about getting outdrawn. However, if your playing extremely tight in smaller table SNGs and in Turbos that could be one of your problems.
With the blinds increasing rapidily in turbos you can't sit and wait for great hands. You will end up getting blinded out like you did. Also I'm not a huge fan of your extremely agresive strategy of going all in on every hand. A player that is paying attention will notice your playing extremely tight then when you finally make a move by going all in is not going to call unless he has a monster. Id suggest mixing it up and also making smaller bets and you might have better luck.
