In addition to the reasons mentioned in the initial post, live no limit Hold 'Em has much more of a social factor. It's much easier to play the people in live poker than in online poker. Sure, there are tells in both kinds of poker, but in live poker, you have the advantages of being able to read body language and facial features, and in some cases, you can even tell whether alcohol intake may be having an effect on an opponent's play. Side chat is much more casual in live play, too, since it's much easier to speak than to type in between hands.
Also, in live poker, you usually don't have to deal with as many jerks. In the live games I've played, people have generally been polite. When people are physically sitting across a table from each other, there's a very real urge to avoid conflict, whereas there is nothing to prevent that in online poker, so you run into a lot of insulting, trash talking jerks in the virtual environment.
