With four players left, you were probably in the money already. I would have pushed pre-flop. With a 982 flop, I would have pushed all-in again. It would be unlikely that he have 99, 88, or 22. He may have had almost anything, ie. suited, connectors, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, Ax or Kx, because the pre-flop raise was not enough. In a short-handed situation, I would push with any premium hand and hope to double-up.
