don't know what tourney is it.. if it is big MTT with 4 players left and big difference between 4th and 3rd place and i'm not the shorthest stack - i would probably think about folding.. but on that flop.. the only thing can scare me in late stage on tourney is that 9 which can give somebody a set..
but i would probably put him on overpair - like 10 10 or 8 8, 77.. or 9A ..
i would call it for sure.. there is a chance you can lose, but i think you had much better chances to win that pot
