Thjis is more of a question of bankroll management in my opinion than it is of how to play a specific hand. If you have $200 at the table at that given time your total bankroll for that session should be at least $2000 so risking 10% on top pair top kicker is a fairly good bet because you can rebuy if you happen to lose but if your bankroll is only $200 then you pretty much have to fold because if you lose you are done. The biggest mistakes in ring games are not how any particular hand is played because you can lose any hand at any time but come from people playing above the limits they should be playing at. |
