personally i prefer freezeout tournament just because i find it to be more fair ...
in rebuy tournaments the play is so much different most of the time people will make bad decisions just because they know if they were to lose they could always rebuy
for example: once i had
and the flop was
...so i had trips...and since there was a flush draw i bet out strong...my opponant called with
heart flush draw...next card was a blank..leaving the river to come...i bet strong once again and the other guy pushes all in...(the odds of him hitting the flush with one card to come is very slim) ...of course i call and ...what do you know he hits the flush
in a freezeout tournament i dont think that would ever happen...and in the chat he even said "i took the gamble because i knew i could rebuy" ....
so yeah i prefer freezeout tournaments...the play seems more real
