I played a Maui Jackpot SnG at
Titan tonight, and something interesting happened. I was playing pretty aggressively (which, as some of you will know, I'm not known for) and was chip leader at the time.
At one point, a player who had beaten my flush with a one-card royal flush said, "You're used to playing for more money, aren't you Lyt?" Later, when he bet over half his stack on a hand when I had rockets, I raised all-in. He said, "How'd I know?" and called. My aces held, and he was out of the tournament. I'm curious to see what you guys thought his comments meant, though. I have my ideas, but I want to know what your opinions are.
(By the way, I wound up losing on the bubble in that tourney. Another player crippled me in a footrace for a pair aces. His kicker beat mine. About five hands after that, with blinds at 250/500 and nothing but rags to play, I was out.)
