If you are expecting that many people, I would find the local poker league, and contact the person running it. Here in Tennessee, we have several poker clubs who have free tournies.
They have the chips, and the tables to run something like this.
That's what I would do if I had a big crowd like this. Throw him some money for his time and effort. |
