This is not a pretty hand. It only has 6 outs after the flop, and hitting the 10 on the river for the pair is a good hand, but not a great one. With everyone checking on the flop and turn, I would make a medium bet here (maybe 2x or 3x BB) and see if other people fold. If they raise, indicating a hidden Q or pocket pair for trips, I can fold and I won't have lost much money. If they call, I have a chance of winning, and if I don't, I still haven't lost much money. If they don't have anything, 3X BB may intimidate all of them enough to fold, and I've bought a pot.
