Also, I know that someone else had difficulty withdrawing money from a site -- I think it was TheAudition, and I think he had trouble with
Titan. He got the same run around, but was eventually able to withdraw his money by complying with their requests.
I think they just want to make sure that you are really you, and that you haven't been a victim of identity theft. I expect that the same thing will happen to me when I try to withdraw from
Titan, especially since I'm male and my first name is Stacy.
