I dont think its that hard of decision

If you are trying to win the tournament then you should push in on the flop, and if he has the straight you have 7 outs not to count the runner runner posiblity. Other wise you will double up cause hes pretty much pot comitted

If you are trying to just make the money then you should fold on the flop and not play another hand till the bubble is broken
