My guess would be that all the losers would be ranked according to their position in relation to the button. The closest to the button would get second, the furthest would get last. I don't know if that's actually how they do it, though.
They would have to do something to distinguish the players, because they can't pay out more than the players put in. Maybe they would pay the winner his normal first place fee and then split the remaining prize money evenly among the losers. That seems like it would be the most equitable solution.
