This seems to me to be one of those hands where it's tempting to bet for value, but where doing so isn't a very good play because there are few hands that will call you when you're ahead, even given the good pot odds. What holdings that you beat are reasonable to put the opponent on after the betting is taken into consideration. And how many of those will call? The ones that will fold don't matter since you'll win the same amount whether you bet or not. You can add in better hand than yours that will fold if you bet, but that's not very many.

Against this, how many hands will either call and beat you, or check-raise you? There's always some chance the opponent will suddenly decide to check-raise as a bluff, but it's certainly not probable.

On balance, betting on the end doesn't increase how much you win very often, and is more likely to increase how much you lose. So a check seems in order.
