 What do you do
I had $2.14 on All in poker the site that is closing down. I used $1 in a no limit tourney and didnt cash nor did I rebuy so I was down to $1.14.
Tonite I sit down at a pot limit .05/.10 with my whopping $1.14. table max is $10. I go on a nice little heater and am up to $9 or so. Minimum cash out is $10. since the site is shutting down tomorrow I have a predictament. I need to get up to $10. I see a few more flops and am down to about $8 and change. I am dealt KK. I call another players raise as does someone else. Rag flop. I raise and am reraised... You can pretty much guess what happens. I reraise again and we are all in. Im not surprised to see the Aces staring me in the face. I have a chance at a flush but it doesnt come and he hits a set to knock me out.
I was on such a nice little run and feel silly for donking off $8 like that but I was gambling and now I dont have to worry about a withdrawal. Plus I never deposited in the first place.
Would you have gotten away from the hand down a couple bucks and tried to work back up to $10 in another stand or do you make it there?  |
