I prefer to play flush draws aggressively. That way you're aggression can only lead to almost guaranteed victory or failure that was worth a shot! Plus, you might even scare them out if you raise large on a flush draw. I also dont like playing low suited cards like 85,69.... i know str8s pop up every once in a while, but they are almost useless when you catch a flush... someone always seems to have a higher one in that hand.... i begin to think the hands are fixed so that one player is defenseless and thinks he has the hand won for sure, when really, another player has him beat badly. |
