i'm delighted with moneybookers service, so i don't need a netteler and other e-wallets.. click2pay is the option i made my first deposit (because it uses CC) but withdraw with click2pay is really complicate because you can't withdraw to your cc or to your bank account, you can withdraw it only with check (and you can do that without click2pay,
titan or any ipoker site will send you a check to home, too)... click2pay has option to buy their credit card and then to withdraw your money from click2pay account in your country from ATMs but here are really big provisions and taxes for that so that is not good investment.
i use moneybookers because i withdraw your money from poker room or betting site there, and then transfer it directly to my bank account with unbelivably low fees.. i only need paypal for buying some clothes on ebay (because you can find good stuff there really cheap) but paypal will not come to my country for one century for sure
