suited connectors can be really powerful hands and most difficult hands to read (like SET).

limping is a good option.. your point is too see flop cheaply as you can..in dry pots i don't see profit of playing them.. in multi - pot (even if it is raised - but not more than standard raise (3-5 bbs)) i like to call them if my stack allow me to do that.

here is my pratice observation: if player from early position make a standard raise i put him on Ace high card or big or medium pair.. if he is called by two other players (i mean good players - not the idiots - you can't read idiots), i put them on ace-high, high, medium or low pp. that means that min. two players are holding ACE with high card and one or two pp.. suited connector can be really dangerous here. your point is to catch a str8 - nobody is putting you on suited connector. if somebody catch his top pair with high kicker or set, he would usually slow play them if there is no flush draw on board in multi pot (i observe from my point of view).. on your open ended draw you have 8 outs.. if pot is big you have odds of calling, because if your card come you will have nuts for sure there, and with implied odds, you will for sure get one caller for big bet thereafter if he has his set, two pairs or top pair with decent kicker..

but this is only my opinion..
