Check raising is my favorite aspect of the entire game. Today, I played one of the best hands of poker ever and I still lost. I bet aggressively on a flush draw while another guy simply had pocket 4s... and he continued to call my bets. I caught my ace high flush on the turn and checked immediately. He raised bigtime and I went over the top(ALL IN). He flips over a full house, 4s full of kings. I'm devistated but i know that i couldnt have played the hand any better than that. Sometimes in poker, you can play to the best of your ability, and still lose the hand
It's not like any other game where you if you play to your full potential, you will win, in poker, there is a thing called LuCk
Sometimes luck is my friend, sometimes it's my enemy. I wish it would befriend me more often though
