If they close down in the US( which is unlikely because it only effects credit cards companys. They have to block us addresses) They have to refund you your money regardless if you have earned your points.
Poker Champs did the same thing in june and gave everyone a weeks notice to get your money out. They even sent an email stating any requirements will be paid for how much you played. if you earned 100 of the 300 points.. you would get 1/3 of your bonus. hopefully this helps
