I agree 100%. I see it like the speed limit law. They allow plenty of leeway and usually try to catch the worst offenders. I bet that there will be many sites willing to take a gamble and call the Feds bluff. The risk for them is worth the reward. Very positive odds for the small to medium owners/players. |
