Thanks for da heads-up Sunny. I checked out the instructions and playing on a $0.50/$1.00 NHE will get me 1 FPP when the rake is greater than $0.40. The rake at Stars is 5%, so the pot has to reach at least $8 in order to get 1FPP.
Comparing this to Party, you would get 1 RH when the rake is greater than $0.50, which is 10%. They don't rake the pot unless it get to at least $5. All you have to do is get dealt a hand in order to be eligible.
Soooo Stars is harder to accumulate FPPs, but you get raked less. I prefer Party's stucture better. I did hit a nice hand tonight. Top set on the flop, with one opponent who capped the betting with me on the Turn and River. My set turned into a Full house on the Turn. So far, so good. |
