Default Quiz question..

now.. the quiz question .. Full Tilt tourney 10+1$ buyin (199 entrants).. 40 players left (18 paid), i'm sitting in small blind with about 5500 stack (very good stack at that moment).. limper from the button, i limped with J9 off, big blind checked.

flop came JJ10 (two diamonds) .. i check big blind bet 400, i reraised to 1000, button folded.
big blind moved allin (he was bigger stack to me) and showed A9 (with no diamond).. it was an easy call...

what must to happen for me not winning that pot?
i think there are only three solutions..

1) ace on turn, ace on river?
2) Q on turn and K on river (or K on turn and Q on river)
3) 7 on turn, 8 on river (or 8 on turn and 7 on river) for pot to be splited

and what are the chances for something like that happen? if runner runner flush has equivalent of 1.5 outs.. what is the equivalent for two consecutive cards to come on turn and on river?
