In mi opinion it would depend on the player. I mean after playing sometime with him you know more or less how he plays the game. In moment 1 I would have raised 2x and in moment 2 I would have bet the same just to continue with the same rythm of betting if he raised I would call to see the turn if nothing comes and he bets hard I would fold or try to bluff myway out.
. . . MAybe an all in at the first pre flop would have folded him.
