I have made money from freerolls and buyins as well. The best freeroll was the wsop on
poker.com. In that tournament you win a coupon to advance to the next level. I made it to the final level which was $250 freeroll coupon. I even made it to the final table. It's just unfortunate that there was only one winner going to the world series of poker. I came in fifth. Close, but just not good enough.
