Harrington on Hold Em My dad just lent me this book. I have read a lot of poker material, but of course had to read what Dan had to say afetr the 2003-2004 world series that he had. That has to be the best accomplishment in WSOP history, to recah two final tables in back to back years with as many entrants as there were. Even more so than his win in 2005.
His book gives a lot of actual hands and situations from real experiences and hands he has seen. The funny thing is, he will calculate the pot odds for a hand and tell you the correct move to make and why depoendng on the player, yet he tells what actually happened and the worse hand wins, or the right decision goes bad. Kind of funny, none the less a good book so far. It's a 2 part series and this is just the first so it will be interesting to see what else he has to say.
