After a break from poker im back and i am greeted with another final table. Were down to 3 handed and I am the middle stack.
Chip Leader - 60,000
Me - 35,000
Short Stack - 30,000
Blinds at 4,000 and 8,000
I have Ace, Jak suited on the button and raise 3 times the big blind. The big stack folds and the small stack moves in. I call and he shows queen 5 off suit.
Flop comes A J 8
Turn 5
River 5
I am knocked out to a bad beat. BUT should I have moved all in pre-flop? I think so. But what do you think.
I was really trying to pick up the blinds but I got a call. Would an all in which was another 5,00 more, have scared off the Q 5 that led to my downfall? |
