You can use a poker tracker such as
SharkScope - The Largest Online Poker Tournament Results Database which records all the earnings and losses that you make. Im on fulltilt so it records them. Have a look for your poker room on it and see if your there.
They have a new feature that shows if your a good player or a fish. It helps you cut your losses or maximise your earnings.
