Noble, although I am not sure why... I have suffered from some of the worst beats imaginable at
Noble, they have fixed hands. I assume every site has a system in which they make sure there are two or more players with hands that usually win with ease.
Noble is the only one I have suffered from though, just watch out, they don't care about your money, unless they have it
