The best thing you can do is have dealers at every table. Not the players. I play and I deal and the biggest complaint the players have is when the game is "self-dealt". This is the first time alot of these people have played in a live game and they're not used to dealing let along playing live. Dealers where I work and play usually except $100 (this is from a $10 add-on that we have - we don't have re-buys) with your best dealer dealing the Final Table and tips are always appreciated. A tee shirt for the first person knocked out is always good. Nobody wants to go home a loser so have door prizes every half hour. Playing cards, chips and hats are good. Don't try to run the game and play in it too. It's just too much. Have fun and make it to the Final Table. |
