what you should do is raise from early position, about a raise of 4x the BB will get you called by 3~5 people.
remember it's start of the tourney, people will think it's not much and still call youto see the flop...

ok so if the buy in is 10~20 dollars that means it's quite a large buyin sitngo.
ok so if that's the case you should smooth call and reraise, yeah
seeing as in those buyins, there's gonna be lots of players who read enough strategies etc that they'd think to play tight, but despite tight first hand they may generally limp in with anything semi decent to see cheap flop
and as tables are, there's generally one maniac, he's gonna raise, and you reraise, that's gonna get most of the people who limped to fold, maniac usually going all in first hand, you call
you get a bad beat by 27o
