well, i think the answers before me were enough, but allow me to resume:
the cards are dealt. Now the first one to "talk" is the player at the right to the BB (big blind). When everyone has made their move, the flop (the first 3 cards) comes. Now, and until the end, the first one to play is the SB (small blind).
Everytime a player is out (fold) the move jumps to the next player: for example, imagine that SB folded. now here it comes the flop. So now, the BB is the first one to play.
This way, the best position you can be itīs the dealer position, because you are the last one to play...That way you are in advantage (theoretically )
