This is just an strategy to attract new new users because freerolls are like cake for them. they want to attract user only on the basis of one feature. i am playing poker and casino since long but whenever a matters comes to them for some solution they just simply raise their hands. They don't want to get involved in users problem. But this is not the way to behave with a users. One satisfy customer brings two new customer but one dissatisfy customer takes ten users.
