PokerStars rarely offers a bonus because they don't need to. They have the rep since two WSOP winners have come from their site, and they get plenty of traffic. Bonuses are offered to entice people to deposit - Stars doesn't need to do that (much).

FT has a nice bonus, but if you're playing the lower limits (say .50/1.00) NL - it's going to take you forever to work if off. It's worse than UB for length of time to complete the bonus. On the other hand, it is released in regular intervals, so that's nice.
