 TJ Cloutier
I was very happy for TJ Cloutier on winning his sixth bracelet this year, and I wished he had done better in the Main Event. I thought it was interesting that he knocked a player out at the final table with pocket 3s when he's advocated for years to not play small pairs.
Cloutier's book with Tom McEvoy, Championship Pot Limit and No Limit Hold'em, remains one of the preeminent poker books along with Harrington on Hold'em and Brunson's Super System.
I wish Cloutier was more liked by the new generation of poker fans, but he just isn't a media whore like so many of the most well known players. |
