Do you mean biggest lay down where you would have won?
or
Biggest laydown where you made the correct decision?
How about this one, and I know this will prolly generate some debate:
I was playing a SNG on UB, $20 entry, 10 players.. first hand...
I am in the BB with AA, 4 people go all in before me...
I almost called, but decided that being tied for second is bettre than going out to a suck out on the first hand, and I layed it down....
I would have won with A's over 10's. 2 people split the pot, 2 people went out..
Did I make a mistake? I ended up taking second in the tourney.. neither of the two that chopped that first pot finished in the money...
To me, it was/is a woulda, coulda, shoulda situation... I think you have to be comfortable with the decisions you make, otherwise, the 'haunting effect' could affect each decision from then on, not allowing you to play your top game... at the time, for me, it was correct to lay down AA.. thats my story and I am sticking to it.
So, I said, durn it, or sumtin to that effect, and put it out of my mind... I was actually last in chips tho, since I had to put the BB in... but, only by 10..
