Assuming you raised properly pre-flop, you should probably make the same bet post-flop that you would if the flop had not included an A. You know you're behind to anyone holding another A, but there's no guarantee anyone actually has one. And even if they do, they might think you have one as well, with a better kicker.

On the other hand, if you check or make a weak bet, they're more likely to be encouraged than discouraged that their pair of aces is leading. Or they might even bet out with a lower pocket pair than you have. And then what are you going to do? Call with a hand that wasn't worth betting?
