I'll say Rounders, just to be different.
I remember watching it while working in a video store about 6 or 7 years ago. I thought it was great, but had no concept of what they meant by "the cadillac of all poker games" - no limit hold'em.
Well, after starting to buy in to this whole poker scene (along with the rest of the world) earlier this year, I've bought the movie and watched it a bunch of times (actually twice, but I've seen it about ten times so far).
It really makes you want to quick your job and play professionally. And I would if I didn't have to support my family...and if I were any good at the game. Still, I can dream while playing 0.50/1 limit and $5 SNGs.
I'm actually recording some Stu Ungar movie later this week. I know there's a Nick Cage one coming out next year, but I'm looking forward to this one.
