nah, don't worry, it's all fixed. i had to contact the support team and tell them that i was having difficulty creating a new account. they told me to give me the details of the other site (VC Student Poker) and they would make me a new one. since then i haven't tried that old one so i'm not sure what happened to that one now.
edit: and yeah i used a diff email/account name. the problem occurs when trying to get your real money account to be opened, i think there was some file on my computer which halted that from being happening easily due to the previous poker program.
so i had to contact them. |
