Ooooohhhh....that's a toughie! I'm not sure there is another pro out there who can match Phil in terms of looks and charm. 
I think I could live with anyone from the FullTilt team though - Ivey, Ferguson, or Juanda all seem like they could balance the analysis/joking aspect of the show.
They pick Annie Duke and I quit watching. (Well, really, with Phil gone there is no reason to watch anymore).
