I'm pretty sure the 7 wouldn't even be considered a kicker, because it is common to everyone's hand. Not really a big deal though
It's the best 5 card hand - even if that means that you are playing all 5 cards on the board - so the kicker only comes into play if you have the same pair (or 2 pair, or trips etc.) and a higher card than the next highest card on the board |
