Very interesting question. By looking at the hand I see it quite simply as one with numerouse possiblities.

I think UTG has K-Q of hearts. This is why he tries a raise to steal the pot then goes ahead and calls with his straight draws and flush draw. Then the turn gives him the straight and he is off and rolling.

I would have to say the small blind has A-K. Of course with a flop like that he is going to bet and then on the turn I think he is betting thinking he is still good and then he gets pot committed and is forced to call with a very nice but not best hand. Being pot committed sometimes sucks.
