I actually really like
Titan for the issues described by ScottMc (good place to build a bankroll basically), and lots of freerolls some of which are a hoot, but I have definitely had my fair share of issues:
* I haven't experienced an unfortunate tournament crash as described above, but I have experienced some "lag" on the site, and on occasion have missed the first hand and been forced to "sit out", can't speak to the technicals though
* Customer service has been responsive, but not always super helpful... I have to repeat queries sometimes
All that said, I am generally a happy camper as these have not been enough to take away from what I do like about them!!
