Early in lower limit tournaments, it's easy to pick up big stacks getting all in early. You'll find JJ or QQ is good enough to be a huge favorite (and by huge I mean 70:30 or better.

In extremely deep-stacked tournaments like the main event of the WSOP, you can fold even KK for preflop all in early in the tournament unless you have an unusually good take on the player in the hand.

With the new book out (Kill Phil), I think we're going to see a lot more all ins going on. It's one of the hottest books out right now.
