I tried a $5 rebuy mtt yesterday and had success. I was at 7k with 45 left and 30 cash. I played a hand were everyone folded to me so I called the bb. The sb then raised me all in so I called with A-Q against his A-2. He then went on to suck out against me on the river. I got extremely ticked out being how I was on my way to a nice cash and first place was over $700.
Anyways...I am wondering, does anyone else notice that people in big mtt tourneys make the worst moves ever and their the ones who get the luckiest. It's not just the large stacks either playing loose because they can. This guy was just above my stack and I was like 30th out of the remaining 45. I guess I'll get my chance one day to suck out cards because I played horrible cards to begin with (oh yeah, I'm not stupid enough to go all in preflop with A-2.)
