The interesting thing is, are the people who have and wish to spend $10 million on a buy-in the same people who are the best at poker? It almost seems more likely that a Bill Gates-type would be more likely to play something like that than a pro poker player, who can enter tourneys with much less personal risk.

Then again, I guess they could get staked, or if it was going to be lots of Bill Gates-types, that would make it attractive to a pro who could get the cash.
